Wellness of the Mind, Body and Spirit

The Mind, Body, and Spirit are key to helping us live long and prosperous lives. We not only need these things individually, but we need them collectively as well. These three key functions to life affect us from head to toe and they dictate our mood, functionality, wellness and the ability to be who we are.

 Lets start with Mind;
The mind is the place where all of our decisions are made, good or bad. Our mind also affects the body and the spirit, which is why we need to make sure the mind is healthy and well so that we can make the rite decisions that affect the body and spirit. To ensure that our minds are healthy we need to feed it healthy food in a sense. Our minds are affected my what we read, see, and hear. I we read, see or hear things that are disturbing, then guess what? Our mind gives that information to the body and our spirits. If we would stop....and do our best to feed our minds with positive visions and sounds then I think our minds will spread that positive information to the body and spirit and this in turn will keep us well, happy and able to make the rite decisions.

The Body;
It goes without saying that the body is a finely tuned instrument and to keep it that way we need to(again)feed it well and the body will help support the mind and spirit. Lets eat rite, exercise and keep  the correct vitamins and nutrients in side of our body temples.

The Spirit;
This is the tricky part. A lot of people attribute Spirit with religion or a cult or something, but the spirit is what we feel in or core. Our spirit makes us who we are and makes us different. Our Spirit makes us happy, sad, good bad, funny, or no sense of humor. The Spirit needs attention to detail, if we want to be good people, and we need to feed it as well. We need to feed our Spirit with everything that give the Mind and Body, and then some. Our Spirit keeps us centered and makes everything else balanced which helps us go through our daily lives.

All of these components. The Mind, Body, and Spirit apart are very important of themselves, but together they are a force that allow us to be in complete Wellness and harmony with who we are. The people we become. And what we aspire to be.
